These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to the HomeByNaya website and to any account created on it. Using the site means agreeing to these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

HomeByNaya shares general information about home warranty plans and lets visitors create an account to explore plan options for household systems and appliances.

• Content on the site is for general information and is not legal, financial, or insurance advice.
• Plans are provided under their own contracts, and those contracts control what is covered.
• Plan availability, pricing, and terms can vary by location and can change.

Account holders agree to give accurate details and keep them current. Each person is responsible for keeping their password private and for activity that takes place under their account. HomeByNaya may suspend or close an account that appears to be misused.

Visitors who opt in at signup may receive service and marketing text messages as described in the consent language on the signup page. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP returns help information. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency may vary.

Coverage decisions, service fees, waiting periods, limits, and exclusions are set by the written plan contract. If anything on this site differs from a plan contract, the contract controls.

Visitors agree not to misuse the site. That includes the following:

• Submitting false, misleading, or someone else's information
• Trying to break into, overload, or disrupt the site
• Copying or scraping site content for commercial use without permission
• Using the site for any unlawful purpose

Text, graphics, logos, and layout on this site belong to HomeByNaya or its licensors. They may not be copied, changed, or reused without written permission, apart from ordinary personal viewing.

The site may link to websites run by others. HomeByNaya does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The site is provided as is and as available. HomeByNaya makes no promise that the site will be error free or uninterrupted, or that any particular plan will be available or suitable for a given home.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HomeByNaya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that arise from using the site or relying on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes are handled as described in any arbitration agreement accepted at signup.

HomeByNaya may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means accepting the revised terms.
